Live Mindfully Through Yoga (7pm-8:15pm/ $10)
Feeling stressed and disconnected? Yup, we feel you. Lift Easton has a new yoga class that can help you feel balanced again. Live Mindfully Through Yoga is an open level vinyasa flow with mindful breathing exercises that’s meant to bridge the gap between yoga and therapy. Each class features a self-growth topic of the week and is guaranteed to leave you feeling more grounded. More information here.
Asanas for Autism at AntiGravity Lehigh Valley (6pm / $20)
April is Autism Awareness Month and 100% of the proceeds from this hot yoga class will go to Autism Speaks. Jen, the class’s instructor, has a nonverbal autistic daughter named Ellie who she has to communicate with on a special device. So the cause is certainly near and dear to her heart.
Vinaigrette 101 Hands-On Cooking Class (6pm - 9pm / $35)
Head over to Seasons Bethlehem and learn how to make tasty vinaigrettes, aioli, and Dijon mustard from seasoned chef Natalie Biondi, who trained at the International Culinary Center in Manhattan. Bonus: You’ll get a complimentary glass of wine to help get those creative cooking juices flowing.
Craft & Crafts at Boser Geist (7pm-10pm/ $35)
Get your creative juices flowing by joining Art Across Borders for a brew and craft project. In this workshop you’ll create some string and nail wall art of your own design. All materials are provided and you can choose from a variety of wood styles and shapes, paint, string, and nail colors. One pint or flight is included.

Mesa Modern Mexican Fundraiser for the Shanthi Project (5pm-7pm)
Need an excuse to drink margaritas on a Wednesday? Now you have one. Head to Mesa for happy hour in support of Shanthi Project, an organization that uses therapeutic yoga to help at-risk youth and trauma survivors establish healthy and productive relationships with themselves, their families, and their communities.
Paleo Spring Detox with Dharma Kitchen (5pm-7pm / $20)
Join Dr. Matt Conroy of Conroy Chiropractic and Carrie Havranek of the Dharma Kitchen for a class that looks at the most important part of your health—your gut! The class will include discussion and sampling of all kinds of prebiotic and probiotic foods. They’ll talk about the importance of shifting your diet when the seasons shift, and cook some foods that will help your body ease into the transition of spring. Let’s Get Out and Walk in Downtown Easton (12-12:30pm)
Join St. Luke’s University Health Network and the YMCA for regular community walks in and around downtown Easton. This “Walk Up Your Appetite” walk will last for about 30 minutes at a faster pace using the WalkWorks West Ward Paxinosa walking route.

Spring on the SouthSide & Chili Cook-Off (12pm - 3pm / $8-$10)
What says spring more than chili?! Well, probably lots of things, but that’s not the point. We’re still pumped about the opportunity to sample (and vote!) our way through 25 different chili vendors, including ones specializing in vegetarian chili. Buy tickets here.
