Hoo boy, how about that episode of This Is Us? Oh...and the Superbowl 😂 We kid we kid! All three LWLV gals partied it up (aka, ate a lot of cheese) at Siobhan's annual Superbowl Party, and now we're ready to recommit to all the healthy choices we've been making this year. Check out these super fun ways you can join us!

MONDAY

Tap Ties Monday Night Tap Classes (6pm-9pm / $15 per class)
Take it from this lifelong tap dancer: tapping is a seriously great workout for your legs and core. Dust off your timesteps or challenge yourself to a new way to sweat with Tap Ties! 6pm is the beginner class, 7pm for advanced beginners, and 8pm for intermediate and advanced tappers!

TUESDAY

Celtic Cooking Class (7pm - 9pm / $20)
Join Chef Jill at McCarthy’s Red Stag Pub for monthly cooking classes in Bethlehem to learn the ins and outs of Celtic cooking! Perfect for a chilly February night :) Click here to sign up!

WEDNESDAY

Allentown Hiking Club Weekly Meeting (7:30pm - 9:30pm / Free)
Um, did YOU know about the Allentown Hiking Club? I didn’t—how awesome! This month's presentation by Fred Branyan will highlight his adventures hiking/climbing Mt. Adams in the Cascades in Washington State. Plus, there will be SNACKS!

Beauty, Health, and Wellness OH MY! (7pm-8:30pm / Free)
Head over to barreform, the new barre/megaformer/yoga studio on Bethlehem’s southside for a free and informational evening featuring lululemon, doTerra, Zen Chocolate, Beautycounter, and Fuel the Mind, Body, Spirit. A little Wednesday night retail therapy never hurt anyone! :)

THURSDAY

Yoga for Veterans (6:15pm - 7pm / Free)
Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday, the One Fight Foundation hosts a gentle, relaxing yoga class for veterans at 1628 W. Chew Street. The Foundation is a local peer to peer support network to discuss struggles unique and common to being a veteran.

Yoga 101 @ Easton Yoga (5pm - 6:30pm / $50 for whole series)
Thursday night Yoga 101 starts TODAY at Easton Yoga! $50 for a really in depth introduction to the practice is a fabulous deal. Plus, you’ll be so close to Greenmouth for a post-flow smoothie!

Galentine's Day Party! (6pm - 9pm / $30)

Hunter Hill CSA Presentation on Regenerative Agriculture (6pm - 7pm / Free)
Hunter Hill CSA is a Community Supported Agriculture-focused farm in Forks Township that is going into its 9th season!! Listen as Dan Hunter, owner of Hunter Hill CSA, talks about his experience with small scale, no till, no spray, regenerative agriculture.  

SATURDAY

Sweat with your Swolemate (10am - 11am / Free)
Join Liven Up Health & Fitness for a FREE all-level friends & family workout with your swolemate! Whether it's your S.O., your BFF, your sibling, or your neighbor, go and get your sweat on!

Bread Baking 101 with The Wayfare Baker (1pm - 5pm / $95)
Join John the Baker every Saturday this month for a four-hour course on battards, baguettes, and pizza shells! You’ll leave with one of each, a sourdough starter, plus a book featuring all you’ve learned.

Easy to Make Fermented Foods at Easton Public Market (12pm - 2pm / $20)
Steph and I have been on the fermented food train for a few years now, and we can tell you first hand these stinky foods are a huge health booster. Avoid the hefty grocery store prices and learn how to make them yourself!

Steel Fit-A-Thon (9am - 2pm / Free to register)
Sweating for a cause is always a great idea. This Sunday, you can spin your feet off at Steel Fitness Premeir to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Join a team—the top team has already raised more than $5,000!

Ice Scraper 5K (10am - 2pm / $10)
