9 Fun Ways To Get Creative, Centered, and Even a little Tipsy This Week in the lehigh Valley

If binging on all that newly discounted Valentine's Day chocolate has you feeling a little meh and unmotivated, let us liven up your week. On the menu: jewelry making for beginners, anxiety-reducing yoga, killer relationship advice from awesome people who aren't your parents, and the opening of a new community wellness space that you definitely want to know about. 

And if you find yourself needing a drink, don't forget about the Lehigh Valley Beer Week events running through February 24th, too!

Yoga Tuesdays with Easton Yoga (12:30pm-1:30pm / price varies)
Start your week with a class in the Kress Gallery of the Allentown Art Museum, lead by one of Easton Yoga's trusted teachers. Prices vary by Museum member level, but all are welcome and since it's a monthly event, if you sign up for four sessions, you get the fifth free!

Social Still Beer Week
While all the breweries are booming around town this week for beer week, Social Still is determined to get on the bandwagon with their locally crafted spirits and beer-infused food options through February 24. It's a perfect time to visit if you're not a traditional beer drinker, but you love a beer & cheddar soup (yes, please!).


Healthy Living Wednesday at Easton Public Market (2pm-3pm / Free)
Join Nutritionists Alison Unger, Carissa Hrichak and Amy Romberger to learn tips for eating for a healthy heart. They'll show you how to make a delicious Garden Vegetable Soup that's delicious and loaded with nutrients for overall awesome cardiovascular function. 

Healthy Conversations at Greenmouth: Getting The Love You Want (6pm-8pm / Free)

You’re drinking the green juice, doing yoga, eating healthy, and it looks like you’ve got it all together on the outside. But on the inside, you’re craving to have a great loving, romantic relationship. Lucky for you, this Wellness Wednesday at Greenmouth is focused on relationships. Whether you’re single or in a relationship right now, bring your questions, concerns, and desires and learn how to get the love you really want. 


Wine Release Weekend at Sleepy Cat (4pm)

Yasss! It's thirsty Thursday and we're happy to report that Sleepy Cat has some  sweeeet wines being released: Smokey's Midnight Treat, Sleepy Cat Red, Feline Fine Fredonia, Bashful, and their award winning Kitty Kisses.


Ladies Night Out at Rooted: Learn How To Actually Do Your Hair! (6pm-8pm / Free)

Can't seem to tame that bed head or frizz? The folks at Rooted are offering a free styling class for women who know the struggle is real -- and can admit they need help! They'll be providing pro tips, wine, and music. What more could you want?


The Restoration Space Open House (10am-4pm / Free)

We are so pumped about this new addition to the LV! The Restoration Space -- a magical place that offers integrative whole person care through acupuncture, art therapy, counseling, cranio-sacral therapy, massage, meditation, nutrition, physical therapy, and more -- officially opens this week. Swing by on Saturday to find out how the staff can help you become stronger and healthier and nosh on some light refreshments. 


Jewelry Making at Mercantile Home (2pm-5pm / $45)

Join the craft pros at Mercantile Home as they explore the basics of jewelry making using striking Swarovski gem stones and a two part, epoxy clay. Each participant will create a pendant and either a pair of earrings or a ring. This is a beginner class. Great for adults and kids 12 and older. 

Restorative Yoga Workshop at The Yoga Loft (4pm-6pm / $20)

Need to calm the eff down? Then mark this class on your calendar. Using supported yoga postures, breath work, meditation, yoga nidra and more, this workshop is a great way to release tension and stress from daily life. Bonus: It may also help to relieve anxiety and insomnia!
