This week’s got tacos, wellness talks, game nights, pottery, and yoga amidst the mystical glow of Himalayan salt lamps. Seriously, how cool is the Lehigh Valley? Get your calendars out and mark this awesome shit down.

Monday

Yoga Happy Hour at Triple Sun Spirits (6-8pm/ $15)
What better way to ease into your week with a nice 1-hour flow followed by a handcrafted cocktail? In our expert opinion, there’s no better way to treat a case of the Mondays. Register here.

Tuesday

Steel Fitness Wellness Series: How Can Anti-Aging Medicine Help My Fitness Goals? (7:30-9pm / Free)
Steel Fitness has partnered with Dr. Albert Peters of the Center for Anti-Aging Medicine & Hormone Wellness for a 3-part health and wellness lecture series. This first lecture will help you understand the basics to good health, establish realistic fitness goals, understand how aging affects our overall health and fitness, and how to balance the main hormones that are critical in maintaining fitness. You’ll also get a primer on how to power your fitness training through nutrition and nutritional supplements. Register here.

Taco Tuesday at Social Still (4-10pm)
Not much is better than a $5 taco plate and a $5 local craft beer to keep your week going. Even if beer isn’t your jam, grab some tacos and enjoy one of Social Still’s insanely well crafted cocktails on the side instead!

Wednesday

Cafe Frais Guest Chef Pop-Up Dinner (6-8pm)
Do you consider yourself a foodie? Then you need to get your butt to Cafe Frais on the regular  for some local flavor. Every Wednesday, they hosts a tapas style menu catered by a different local chef. This week it’s Chef Kevin Spiegler from Divine Catering, specializing in locally sourced, farm-to-table fare. We recommend getting there a bit early though, since seating is limited (first come, first served!).

Thursday

Grynd Talks at Hot Plate Soul Kitchen: Creating a Vision for Your Life & Business (7-9pm/ 1 order min.)
Check out a hot new Bethlehem restaurant AND get a dose of career inspiration while you’re at it. Each one of the Thursday Night Grynd Talk Series features a local speaker(s) who are either brand managers, business owners, community leaders, entrepreneurs, or experts in their field, and who will share their story and discuss the week’s topic. This week: “Creating a vision for your life and business.” Live Well co-founder Steph will be there! Come say hi (she’s really tall). Reserve your seat here.

Game Night at Triple Sun Spirits with Tre Locally Sourced Food Truck (6-10pm)
There’s something so damn cozy about staying inside and playing games while it’s chilly out. It’s one of our favorite winter forms of self care. Even better when there’s tasty, sustainably sourced food and booze involved.

Friday

Yoga Happy Hour at The Yoga Loft (6-7pm/ $16 drop-in)
After a long week, doesn't it just make sense to get your ya-yas out with a fun, sanity-restoring yoga session? This is a Vinyasa Flow style class, beginner/intermediate level, set to an eclectic mix of music. Requests for poses always welcomed and modifications always offered. Sign up here.

Saturday

Arts, Crafts, and Drafts at Weyerbacher Brewing (12:30pm/ $30)
Feeling like your creative juices have run dry lately? We’ve got the remedy: Crafting and great beer! This month’s Arts, Crafts, and Drafts project includes decorating your own farmhouse style wooden sign to hang in your home. Register here.

Tre Locally Sourced Food Truck at Hijinx, Colony Meadery, and County Seat (1-7pm)
Tre Locally Sourced (one of our fave food trucks in the valley, boasting local sustainable fare) will be parked outside of Bridgeworks, that convenient Allentown location where you can hit up a brewery (Hijinx), meadery (Colony Meadery), and distillery (County Seat) all in one building. Make a lazy day out if it, we won't judge!

Sunday

DIY Pottery Class at Sleepy Cat Urban Winery (2-5pm/ $34)
Sure, BYOB painting classes seem like a dime a dozen now--but when was the last time you tried your hand at pottery? We’re so excited about this “make your own mug” class presented by Artists at Heart. You’ll be guided through the step-by-step process by a local artisan and receive a glass of wine and snacks to keep those creative juices flowing. Perfect if you couldn’t care less about the Super Bowl. The class is limited to 12. Direct message Sleepy Cat Urban Winery on Facebook to sign up.

Salt Lamp Restorative Yoga at Vitality Natural Healthcare Center (8-8:45pm/ $20)
There’s something about doing yoga in the rosy glow of Himalayan salt lamps that’s a little bit magical, and a whole LOT relaxing. Join Jennifer Rhoades for an mind-clearing 45-minutes flow to get you mentally and physically prepared for the week ahead. Class size is limited to 6 people for an intimate experience. Register here.
